Welcome to Medina County - S.E.E.K., Inc.!
This site will present our organization's collaborative efforts with Medina County and Ohio agencies to bring the most up-to-date information concerning Special Education to parents and professionals supporting students in Medina County.

Medina - S.E.E.K., Inc. was conceived in 2005 by parents of children with learning disabilities who wanted to enhance the communication between the school, the home and the child to enable children to succeed at their highest capability.  Our purpose is to provide oportunities for parents and educators to exchange information and bring in relevant speakers of special education.

We strive to:

  1. provide the latest information concerning local, state and federal special education rules, procedures and laws,
  2. provide information concerning successful learning strategies,
  3. provide a lending library for teachers, parents and therapists who are supporting children diagnosed with learning disabilities and special needs as well as those children currently being tested for suspected disabilities.
